We were in Grand Staircase and Capitol Reef in July 2011, although I'm seriously considering another visit either later this month or next.
We are not in Hawaii at the moment, either. We're home in Tucson at the moment, and my better half is not particularly happy about that. They had 14 day Hawaiian cruises on sale for ridiculously low prices but I hesitated booking while I renewed my passport. Well, he who hesitates is lost, because the prices went back up.
Truth be told, I think I'd prefer another camping trip first anyway. When you are cruising, you have a limited amount of time ashore. I usually end up rushing about trying to see and do stuff in a short amount of time and, as a result, come home with a bunch of snapshots that fail to adequately capture the essence of the locale.
Plus, it is football season & I have season tickets.
