Fall Folliage Thread - 10/19/12 02:39 PM

Hey Everyone,

I thought it might be fun to share everyone's fall photos! When I get in tonight, I will post some. However, if someone wants to beat me to the punch...

Very nice James. I was able to take a ride up to Mount Lemmon a couple of weeks ago to try out my new 70-300mm Zuiko lens. Unfortunately, the aptly named Aspen Fire in the summer of 2003 burned about 85,000 acres of our Catalina Mountains. It wiped out huge stands of Aspens and Sumacs. As a result, not much color left up there and I was about a week early for what was left.

Here are a couple though:

I took this photo along the Gros Ventre road toward Kelly. We spent the summer and part of the fall in the Tetons and I would go back in a heartbeat. One of my favorite places.

I have no idea how to post things from Flickr, unfortunately. frown BTW, nice photo. I also have some lone trees in the pines.

So, how DO you post photos here so they appear? When I click on the icon to post a photo, it asks for the web address.

I use my own website, so it is easy. I am not sure how to post something via flickr.

To do something from a website:

I intentionally put some spaces and did not close the second image tag so that you could see it.
