A fawn - large but still with spots

Here are a couple fawn shots from my In-Laws yard. I was surprised when I found them. Not surprised by their presence, but their presance startled me:) This one stood up, but it's sbling stayed down until I moved a little closer.



Unfortunatlly they did trot off into the woods.

Way to go!!!!! You nailed the exposure on the last one, that's a tough shot to meter, 99% of people would have missed that shot completely!

I love the Spot meter on the D70. If the shot's wrong there is no blaming the camera:)
