Beautiful shots, Roman!!! LOL, I think I hear the gauntlet being thrown?

I have not done any folliage work this year because I have been working intensely (currently 32 days straight) at my day job (minus a couple of weddings). After November 16th, I hope to drive down South to see if I can still catch some of the folliage...the question is - Is this realistic???

I already posted my favorites from my last two trips to Lehigh Gorge state park. Here are a couple more from the visits. Unfortunately the season is gone, and the color has browned and is all on the ground.

Beautiful shots, Marty. Here is one of the few shots I took of folliage this year. Not my best work, by any means, but passable, I think.

This shot was an experiment, using Roman's method for blending images. THe first of many trials, I think.

Nice job on the exposure I think. I like using natural borders like you did with the branches and pine trees also, compositionaly. I really need to get up there, but this time of year we have better climate in the south desert.
Thank you for the thoughts on my stream shots. I am loving my 5D. The color/ detail is amazing.

James...sorry to hear that....I think it was my best fall color show so far. Not a bad shot though!!!

Jeff....love that second shot....if you shot RAW...that sky is recoverable.....a little masking work with 2 shots would really bring the last detail out on this one.

Marty....that first one with the blue from the sky reflected in the river is very nice.

Johnny....that last one with all the color so well lit is very cool. I like it a lot!
