Hey Tip,
Welcome aboard - and very cool shot. The one thing I will say is that it is also very large. It took me quite a while to download it as an attachment, and I am viewing with a t-1 line. You might want to consider paring it down to about 600x900 in the future (I do them even smaller usually).
The one critique I will give is that not all of the pelicans are sharp and the ones that are are further in the back (making it more difficult to figure out the subject).
