This is Canon (Ebon's Hit Me With Your Best Shot). He is my show prospect that I kept from my last litter. He is a 3 month old clumsy oaf of a boy, but I adore him. This shot was taken with my 40D, Tamron 17-50mm F/2.8 and hotshoe flash. No backdrop used, I just burned the background in PS. Just wanted to get a decent head shot of a very busy puppy to satisfy the curiosity of my Dane friends who have been badgering me for a pic of Canon. I think compression took away some of the detail.
