After several hours of cruising in mostly fog shrouded Glacier Bay NP, Alaska, the clouds began to lift and separate just as we we exited the park. The sun made a brief appearance just in time to offer a warm glow to the end of the day.

Thanks James.

The trip was five weeks, but that includes driving from Tucson to Vancouver, BC and back, plus two days in Vancouver.

Jim,

I love Glacier bay - my wife and I were there years ago. This is nice - "mysterious" shot of the place!

Thanks Dave and Nolad.

Dave, we did Glacier Bay and College Fjord on the way up and on the way back down. This was on the Southbound leg of our journey. We were socked in or had low hanging clouds most of the time we were in the National Park. Fortunately, we had some intermittent bouts of sunshine on the way up, so I was able to get at least a few decent shots.

I'll post a couple in the next few days.

Jim

Thanks Roger and Adam!

Actually, Adam, this is up in your neck of the woods (sort of) at the entrance to Glacier Bay NP in Alaska. Shot from the deck of a cruise ship.
