Also known as The Plumster, Professor Plum, and the Round Mound of Puppydom, Plummy has gone from 3rd largest in the litter to the biggest -- by almost a pound over Big Blue who is not small! He's huge. He's rotund. He's adorable. But, all kidding aside, he's also pretty darned handsome so I thought I'd share some recent pics of him so you can see aspects of him other than his impressive belly smile .

Here's the Plumster. First up, a photo of him at 2 weeks of age.

The reason Plummy has become The Plumster -- the belly.

Plummy turning the water dish into his own private swimming pool.

Plummy stretching to show off both his topline (quite nice actually) and his rear (very nice actually).

Plummy in the midst of a "stalk". Rotties do this as a prelude to play and The Plumster is a master player smile.

And, finally, Plummy showing that he, too, can be a show dog given his topline. His bottom line, on the other hand, needs some work wink.

Overall, Plummy is ranked below Red and Big Blue but he's really very nice and we're hoping to place him in a really wonderful "pet" home that also would be willing to show him if he turns out. Given how far he's come, I'm betting he'll be gorgeous as a mature dog.

Okay Jim, The Plumster has just stolen my heart! He is so damned cute!!! That little tongue in the in the first image, and what guy can't relate to photo #2. I love the pic of him standing in the water bowl.

I can see it now... a card line with these guys as the stars and thought bubbles! PRICELESS.

Thanks Doug. Plummy is quite the little (?) guy!! Currently weighing in at a whopping 11 lbs. 4 oz.!! He does have personality, however, and loves to play. He's been somewhat of a sleeper in this litter since he was born with his lungs full of fluid and it took us almost a 1/2 hr. to get him breathing properly. As a result, he's been slower to develop than the others but once he started growing, he's kinda over-done it smile. At the moment, he's slated to go to a "pet" home near us here in Orlando with 2 pugs and 2 young girls under the age of 12. He'll have a ball! However, the more we look at him, the more we like what we see conformationally: he has a lovely headpiece and a fabulous topline. So, the "pet" family has indicated that they would be willing show him if he turns out. For us, that's the best of all worlds since he'll be in a wonderful home that wants him strictly to love him but if he grows up gorgeous, he'll have an opportunity to pursue a Championship.

BTW, we're going to start work on our 2012 Calendar next week and the litter theme is great foods of the world!! Stay tuned smile.
