I have about 3oo slides and print negs I would like to have scaned to Jpeg files. Anyone have an opinion about "Scan Cafes" work? They will scan for .22 cents apiece. Sounds good, but what about buying a scanner from Amazon or Ebay, and then selling it? Is it likely that I'll be disapointed in the scan quality of a $100. scan machine?
Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
Paul

Hey Paul,

300 slides at 22 cents a piece is $66 bucks. Most good slide scanners look like they are in the 350-400 range - though there are many in the multiple thousand range.

How high res are the files they are offering?

James
