Shot with my Samsung Galaxy cell phone.

Sorry about the grainy focus - These aren't pretty, but I wanted to share him! (Sometimes I have trouble posting more than one, but at least here's the first.)

I was finally able to spot the teensy little creature (he looked like bits of brown dead stem and leaf matter) on the stem of this weed after many minutes of sitting quietly at the edge of my driveway, on the ground, and waiting for Nature to reveal herself. It's like when your eyes have to adjust to the dark.

Isn't he strange-looking? Not sure if he's a kind of leaf-hopper, or what he is. There seem to be lots of itsy bugs with cotton tails or fuzz somewhere.

Anyone know?

That sure is a strange little guy!

Cathy - may I ask how you are posting these? Are you uploading them to your own server or are you sending them straight up to NWP? I had some folks asking...

Thanks
James

Ooops, am I doing a no-no? I am using the .url from my page at Pinterest; it seems to only way to get them the right size (in other words, to fit in this space.) If I'm violating the rules, I'm truly sorry and I'll stop. I can just show a link to my blog people can click. I don't have my own server or anything.

Just let me know and I'll comply - Thanks!

Cathy

LOL, no...it is a 'yes yes.' Some folks have asked how to post images when they did not have their own website, so I was curious how you were doing it!

Thanks
James

James, I do have a Wordpress site but - The images turn out ENORMOUS no matter what I try if I use that .url. The Pinterest thing was just something I tried out of frustration and lo and behold, it works! Just pick the smaller-sized file option they give you on your page.

:- )

OH PS - Don't copy the Pinterest .url from the browser bar, instead, right click and copy url from actual image posted on Pinterest - Then it will show up here when pasted in the 'Enter an Image' button. Sorry, forgot to mention that step.
