Tony, Yeah, I've been warned about the crowds before and think that's one reason I've never tried too hard to get there despite it being only about a 4 hour drive. I love being alone in the wilds while I shoot. But occasionally I've just got to suck it up and go with the masses. Here in Utah I can drive 15 minutes from the house and start shooting wildlife with no one around. Give me a chance at shots like this which I got last Sunday morning. I'll take this over church anyday, LOL!

When we were there we saw the most bears (Grizzly and Blacks) between Canyon and Tower Junction, but this was in the spring,, we also stayed at Gros Ventre. Grandson didn't believe me when I told him how it was pronounced,, LOL, DAve
