Here are a couple of 360 degree panos I took when I was in Death Valley last week. One is at Badwater, the lowest elevation in the continental US. The other is an early morning view of the giant sand dunes near Stovepipe Wells.

Just click and drag your mouse over the pano to pan across and up and down.

BTW it was beautiful weather last week. Not many wildflowers, but lots of geological color.

Dave,

Ummm! Not sure why you're having a problem with the second one. This is a Java viewer and I would think if you could see the first one, you should be able to see the second one which I is actually a little more interesting. You might try downloading the latest version of Java from Sun at

http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Yes, Badwater is a very desolate place as is most of Death Valley. It's one place where you will see a "crowd" at Death Valley. Seems like everyone drives out there.

Thanks for the feedback.

Geo

Hi George:

Very nice . . . as usual.

BTW, the link works fine for me.

I am using firefox and I, too, have a problem with #2. It says in the image space:
"Loading image 100% complete" and my status bar says App;et ptviewer started, but nothing ever appears.

#1 works perfectly

I will try IE-7.
Hmmm ... same thing there.

All my plug-ins and other items are fully up to date.

Dave,

Computers. Ya gotta love em.

OK. Let's try this link which is to a flash player instead of a Java player.

OK I give up on the panning viewer. Here is the standard static image.
