Hi all,

I have just been informed that my whale watching trip to Mexico has been cancelled so I'm after any suggestions for

(a) a wildlife holiday for two weeks starting on March 26th

and

(b) if money was no object - where would you ultimately want to go?

that's a tough question to answer, and one I ask myslef every spring (without the funding limitations - I have a small purse). March/April is not the best month for shooting wildlife in the states most animals are shedding both antlers and hair so they dont look very photogentic. That said, I'll bet there's a few guys that can put you on some amazing birds. I know that here in Montana the bird migration can offer some great shooting opportunities. Obviously not the same as shooting whales where it's likely warm! But fun nonetheless.

It's a great questions, I hope other's give you some help. I'd like to see what they have to say.

Hmmmmm...the other alternative I think would be to go for scenics. I am thinking Bryce or perhaps the slot canyons in AZ and Utah. I will be in Death Valley with Steve Kossack in mid-March. I am afraid that by late March, many of the blooms will be gone.
