3 hrs = 19 dog portraits plus 1 lg group shot plus 5 location (around the park) pairs sessions too

Portland recently celebrated the grand opening of it's largest indoor dog park, Fido's Indoor Dog Park ... and today, I went in to shoot the employee dogs around the park, plus their group shot ... they advertised to their members that I would be there with no sitting fee ... I was busy

here are a few from today

Those are great results for that kind of timeframe. I especially like the low key portraits.

Is this a public park, or private?

Wow, beautiful shots. I agree with Preston, I like the low key shots the best.

Lovely shots of some beautiful animals. I am sure that their owners are pleased.

What was your lighting setup for the low key shots?

the black backdrop images ... AB800 w/10x36" stripbox camera left and opposite corner ABR800 w/grid as hair light
... a couple may of had the other AB800 w/umbrella as fill on camera right

the pug ... AB800's L&R one with strip box & one with shoot thru umbrella

the berner on couch, undiffused AB800's bounced off ceiling

Hey Nina,

Agreed with the rest, beautiful work. I particularly like the pug. Curiously, did they supply the couches?

the red chaise is one of my props, you'll find it throughout my portfolio
here is a whole pic of the chaise

... the turquoise sofa is in the lobby of the dog park
I'd already shot that berner in front of the "fence" and had been in the lobby shooting a lab against some writing on the wall, when I noticed the berner relaxing on the sofa, so I turned & snapped the pic (crossed my fingers the lighting was ok LOL) luckily lights were being bounced off ceiling so it worked

thanks all
