Well, will give it another go. Will post some diffrent shots this time. It was a wonderful hike. The old growth forest is as enchanting as the coke bottle green water.

Here is the falls closes to the beginning of the hike:

Another view of the creek I just fell in love with. If I could have a house right on the bank, just a few feet above the flood plain:

Here is a dew drop christmas tree just a little early for this years festivities:

And a look over a clearing on the trail just before you get to Jaw Bone Flats:

I have about 30 images from the hike in all in my gallery in my signature.

Enjoy!

Thank you Nolad! I have like 30 shots from the hike in my gallery. It's one of my favorite places here in Oregon.

Wonderful as always.

I discovered something while scrolling through them.

On the second, it got cut off scrolling up the monitor right about at the top of the moss-covered bolder on the left. From there down, I thought it looked pretty cool. Not that it doesn't look great to begin with!

Hey everyone...thanks very much for the kind feedback.

Jim, can you elaborate, not exactly sure what your trying to say with the scrolling comment. Cant figure out how your looking at it.

Yeah...30" SHOULD be enough if your on native resolution of 2560x1600 (unless your using a 1080P TV...then I would fully understand)as the tall ones are 1206px tall.

I wasn't saying anything other than as I scrolled through the pictures (one has to scroll through them to see them all), that I noticed an interesting alternate crop on the second one as it went up and past the top of the screen.

Perhaps a certain trouble maker has us all a bit jumpy, but I think Tony was barking up the wrong tree with his "get a bigger monitor' remark.

Beautiful shots Roman, of course. I do like Jim's suggested crop of the 2nd photo, but it is lovely just the way it is. I love all the moss growing on the tree trunks. It is so prehistoric looking. Our forests out here are much drier, we don't have that much moss and lichen. I would love to come out and visit. I would have a field day with the moss, fungi, and lichens with my Macro lens.
