It has been a while since since I shared any photos of Mahkayla. She loves the cold (I guess most dogs do). These are two shots from last week.

You know I have a soft spot in my heart for the nordic critters. Whether it is because I have Norwegian heritage or because I love their caring spirit yet independent attitude, they truly worm their way into our hearts and the snow! She is such a lovely girl and I bet you are very attached to her. I also bet you called time out of the cold before she did.

Looks a cracking dog james. Snow shots are great and i really like these.

Thanks. I was afraid that I overly brightened her face - just a bit. Shooting black dogs is always a bit tough, and I intentionally under-exposed the highlights in the just a bit. This meant, of course, that I needed to do a little extra work on Mahk's face.
