I am trying to get some printer profiles for my HP9180. I followed all the directions at the Cathy's Profiles website, and sent in the images and a check almost a month ago. I have sent multipe emails, but have heard nothing. I assume Cathy's is no longer in business, but the website is up and running? Does anyone know?

Can someone suggest an alternative that will make good quality printer profiles? I could do an internet search but I woud like to go with someone who has a good reputation.

Sorry I cannot be of help to you. I use the generic profiles that come with my ancient Epson 2200.

Wow...that's pretty sad. I have used Cathy's about 5 years ago when I used to print in house. Always was pleased with her results. But that was 5 years ago.

Maybe as equipment to do that kind of work has become more affordable, her business may have fallen off. Was the check cashed? (did it clear your bank?) if so that I would say go after her. If it hasn't, then you can assume she is off line and no longer practicing in the art of color profile creation.

You might want to look into your own kit. Spend once and have the product whenever you need it.

Great - I appreciate hearing if you get a response. The check has not been cashed so I expect she is no longer in business. I will look into alternatives to do my own profiles - thanks for the suggestion.
