Hey Jim, I bet it is something like that! I'll give Adobe a call tomorrow.

Actually, I was having a hard time registering some of my software and just found out that in windows 7 you have to right-click the program icon and "run as administrator" in order to activate many programs.

I am happy to report that after 5 minuets with Adobe Support, I am up and running with PS CS5!

* I couldn't get through on the phone so I used their online support chat.

CS5 and the NIK suite of software is all I need to be highly effective.
