Ha, Jim! We are old salts here in New England... and this is the ocean! It is actually a great strength building excercise without putting stress on the joints. And she had a blast doing it.

Old salt, indeed grin. I lived in Connecticut for over 40 years and went to college in MA so I'm intimately familiar with you old salts. I do like the idea of running the dogs in the surf for training/exercise. Oh, and we have some of that down here in Florida, too. The only difference is that we can use it all year long smile.

Yes, I know you can do it year round... I have a home in Homosassa, so when I start spending winters there I will have my Rott do it in the Gulf!
