I'm not looking at the creek, I'm looking at the horizon. It appears to run a bit downhill. The roof on the house is parallel to the horizon... ie running somewhat downhill. All the trees on the LH side appear slightly tilted in to the right, though that could be lens distortion. It's not a lot. Probably somewhere between 1 and 2 degrees.
Also, sometimes what actually is level and what looks level to viewers are two different thing. If it were mine I'd have to play with a little to make it seem level whether it actually needed it or not. It can be corrected in Photoshop or, if shot as raw, in Adobe Camear Raw or Light Room. I'd be happy to grab a copy and straighten as I think is appropriate, but only with Katie's permission.
It's a nice image, no question about that.
