Just got a chance to visit Rome recently.

Torre Argentina - Roman Cat Sanctuary locates between the Pantheon and the Piazza Venezia. For the typical visitors, it's just one of the many ruined sites in Rome; but for cat lovers like me, it's a paradise There live so many "fat" cats and they have a center for people to adopt strayed or abandoned cats. Too bad I couldn't fit in their tour hour, so please excuse for the "bird's eye" view shots.

Edward, you seem to save my favorite for last. I adore your occupation and hobby. Make much money at that??

Hey Edward,

Another great batch of photos. I like #4 because it looks as if the cat is staring at another cat. It does not look like the cat is about to pounce...just watching.

Again, nice photos!
James

Thank you James. I remembered #4 turned around at last as it was quite high for a jump over there

These are such nice series of cats. The cats are the subjects, but not so overwhelmingly so and makes it really interesting with the scenery almost as much a part of the photo

LOL. I understand that too well! Even when it is not just a hobby, it costs too much! Maybe once you have built enough of a collection, you might want to consider stocking the images.

Julie, thank you. I've tried to blend in more background to give the viewers a feel of being there

An other factor is time. Time costs more than $ I think

And my images are way too far from "stock", I still have a lot to learn from you and all the great photographers here in the forum
