This time of the year the Bulls group up into Bachelor groups.

That is cool, Roger. I have never seen a heard of bachelors larger than 8 - in the Spring. Now that I think about it, the Elk Heard at Jackson is the largest I have ever seen and of course, they artificially change the dynamic by feeding everyone and keeping the herds together.

Barbara counted 41 of them. That is the largest we had seen.

WOW! What an impressive group. I thought the herds at Redwoods NP were something but small potatoes compared to this bunch. Nice job Roger.
