Very - very - nice, Roger. I particularly like the doubles because you get all of the interaction. Seeing them side by side, I am impressed that you are able to so easily tell which is which.

This trip I was there for a couple of hours and over the years so many hours I think I have a fair idea by now.

A female bald eagle's body length varies from 35 to 37 inches; with a wingspan of 79 to 90 inches. The smaller male bald eagle has a body length of 30 to 34 inches; with a wingspan ranging from 72 to 85 inches.

Somehow, I find it reassuring that you were not able to peg them out immediately. smile I had not realized that the mature female was larger than the male...and not just a little larger, but a lot larger.

Lots of times because of the angle it is hard to tell.
