if that's straight from the camera, you need to check your settings, or reset it. I think you must have you saturation way up, if youre shooting jpg. If you were shooting RAW, there is something amiss with your lens or your camera or both.

maybe one of the canon people can weight in here, but that shot, looks to me like too much saturation and when I forget and leave my saturation up on my nikons and then shoot people I get too much red.
