Oxbow Bend has a copse of trees that don't get lit until the sun has been up for about 45 minutes or an hour. If you don't get a good sky, or even if you do at sunrise, I will often loop back here to photograph this copse of grees.

This is one of my favorite juxtapositions in photography - a stormy dark background with a well light foreground.
