Islands in the Sky

Canyonlands NP, Islands in the Sky area. The river in the picture is the Green River which joins the Colorado River near the Needles section of the park. Picture taken in 2007.

Ron Zucker OP Tracker R Joined: Mar 2016 Tennessee	We love this area too. Went down to False Kiva (near Upheaval Dome), a short but scary hike. Climbing down rocks with loose gravel and a thousand foot drop and no handrail. Makes for a good Story. Will post a picture of it. Cheers, Ron
