We were driving over to Dupont State Forest, just after sunrise. Coming down from Buckners Gap in North Carolina on I 26 when we spotted this. My wife was driving so I picked up the camera and clicked and hoped. Cropped out the highway and a bit of the sky.

Picture was taken through the windshield while we were going about 60 mph (no place to stop) :<)

If you ever get this way, please take the time to visit Dupont State Forest. The Hunger Games and Last of the Mohegans used this for some of their location shots.

That is so cool! My wife is into the Hunger Games. LOL, they are actually not my cup of tea personally, but it might get me there before the next decade is over.

I don't know if it is permitted but I do have a very short video I made on Dupont State Forest. A photographer's dream spot. I can post the YouTube link if it is okay.
