well, after the Cassidy/Sonny litter produced Sundance and his larger brother, Jasper, we bred to a more medium-sized dog in the Blue litter. I've seen 4 of the boys from that breeding and, at 10 months of age, they're all pretty big. Not as big as Sundance, but then he's right at the top of the Standard. I like size but more like Rowdy at 26 1/4 and 120 lbs. in show trim.

As someone said today who met Sundance, "he's big but he's perfect -- everything is in proportion." When you see him by himself, he doesn't look huge. But when you see him next to other "large" Rottie boys, he looks gargantuan!!

Lots of folks talk about their 150 lb Rottweiler. Sundance is a true 140 lbs and he's in excellent condition without any fat. He has a waistline. He's just big, strong, pretty and, best of all, sweet and confident.
