ESTES PARK, Colo. — Estes Park Mayor Bill Pinkham and Grand Lake Mayor Judy Burke were at the White House Monday as President Barack Obama signed the Omnibus Public Land Management Act into law. More than 250,000 acres of Rocky Mountain National Park is included in this act that designates two million acres of public land as wilderness areas in nine states.
