A cross-country skier whose body was found early Friday afternoon on a trail at the south end of Eagle Lake appears to have died of natural causes, according to a park ranger.

County Engineer receives grant for road project through National Park
The U.S. Department of Transportation and 13th District Congresswoman Betty Sutton's office announced last week that the Summit County Engineer's office will receive $475,000 for work on Akron-Peninsula Road in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This money comes from the Department of Transportation's Public Lands Highway grant funds.
