No problem. The discrepancy is a bit difficult at first. I just moved to the LCD display this year after dreading the move for so long. Having said that, I find that my LCD actually goes out of calibration less often than my CRT did. Colors appear to be dead on with the particular model I am using (Thanks, Roman...the Dell 2208 rocks) - though I still find the angle of viewing to be pretty limited.

Which monitor did you get? Also, why not get a calibration tool to make sure that things are 'as they appear?'
