Much is open in Glacier National Park for Memorial Day weekend
during the holiday weekend. Glacier Park Lodge opens Friday, May 28, as does the Two Medicine Camp Store. Lake McDonald Lodge and the Lake McDonald Camp Store are also open to visitors.

On June 5, many trail enthusiasts will be celebrating the 18th anniversary of National Trails Day nationwide. In recognition of National Trails Day, Great Smoky Mountains National Park will host three volunteer trail projects, including the annual Appalachian Trail Work Day.
