Thanks for the nice comments... here is one with a crayfish. The sun was in a bad spot when he was swimming, but I managed a couple that turned out OK.

When I originally spotted the mink, all I saw was his head from behind a rock on the shore. He was watching me - very curious about what I was doing. He accepted my presence, though, and went back to work. They're good fishermen... I probably watched the mink catch a dozen or so crayfish during the time I watched it - and none of them took more than 20 or 30 seconds to find. It was pretty cool...
