Hey Everyone,
The National Park News will be very abbreviated this month because I will be in Death Valley. However, given the potential of an upcoming shut down of Government, I think it is important to keep the thread up and going as long as I am able (I am out of here on the 11th, but should be able to update about a week in).
Having Said that - We all have an opportunity to take action! You can send your local representative what you think of this situation. Please see this letter from the National Parks Conservation Association:
