SkyWest stopping Salt Lake service at YRA
SkyWest Airlines, which has made two flights daily to Salt Lake City from Yellowstone Regional Airport in Cody, plans to discontinue that service after Sept. 6.

Spraying for Mountain Pine Beetle to Begin on Yellowstone and Gardiner Ranger Districts
The Gallatin National Forest will be applying insecticides in recreation sites on the Yellowstone and Gardiner ranger districts over the next few weeks to treat pine trees susceptible to the mountain pine beetle. The current mountain pine beetle epidemic, which has heavily affected pine trees throughout southwest Montana, is impacting numerous trees within popular recreation areas on the Forest.

Game & Fish: Grizzlies Expand Their Ranges in Wyoming.
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department announced on Wednesday that it has documented grizzly bears in some new areas this spring, as bear populations continue to grow and individual bears expand their ranges. Brian DeBolt, bear biologist for the Game and Fish, said there have been unusual movements of grizzlies this spring.
