great dogs and super shots. Those are the first bearcoated Shar Peis I've seen and they are gorgeous. I have similar shots of two of my Rotties -- Sundance and Moxie -- running around the yard with Moxie attached to his cheek! BTW, we have a long-coat Rottie who is out of our stud dog. The long-coat gene is a recessive that is actually in all lines but long coats are considered a disqualifying fault in Conformation. Yet most of the long-coats I've met have great temperaments and excellent structure. Maybe it's time to add a Variety to both breeds .
