at web-resolution, this does not look over-sharpened to me. Nice image. For sharpening flexibility, I use Photokit Sharpener and it offers both capture sharpening and output sharpening in addition to a wide variety of creative sharpening effects. Some images require a big tweak and some don't require any sharpening even from RAW files.
