While it appears a little early, it seems the Phoebe has left the nest. Yesterday when cutting the lawn I stayed away from the shed where the nest is since the baby was standing on the edge. I was afraid the tractor would scare it into a premature departure. Well when I checked on them this morning, the nest appeared empty. We went about our chores for the day and I kept an eye out for the adults who are usually very active. All day and we never saw them. Then, towards the end I was just relaxing on the deck looking into the woods and I finally noticed the adults. Well I heard them, than looking around I noticed them. Then there was a smaller one in tow. So here is what I got.
