Glacier National Park could see a few changes in the near future and all for the better. The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Foundation just donated $50,000 to Glacier's National Park Fund, a philanthropic group that supports programs within the park. This grant will to be used for educational purposes.

Yellowstone National Park's West Entrance road is temporarily closed due to a boulder that fell in the roadway. Park Officials have also temporarily shut down Sylvan Pass to oversnow travel because of storm conditions and avalanche danger.
