Tomorrow, our oldest Rottie girl turns 11 years of age. Annie Fay was our very first Rottweiler; our first show dog; our first Champion; our first American Rottweiler Club Gold Producer. And she is still first in our hearts and minds.

Today, I took her over to the golf course (we live off of the second hole) and set her up in her jeweled collar on one of the mounds. I then went down to the bottom, picked up my camera and took some photos all the while tossing Milk Bones to get her attention. To her everlasting credit, she never moved through 12 shots and only when I told her to "get them" did she sprint off the mound and vacuum up the biscuits.

At 11 years old she's still a show girl and still The Queen. Please join me in wishing her a very Happy 11th Birthday.
