thanks for both the reaction to the story and the offer. I'll see what we need most. GGARR (the Rescue Organization) operates out of Miami but I am a Director and get involved in most of the dogs that come up in the Central Florida area which extends over to Tampa and to Jacksonville.

I might ask you to do some home checks if we get applicants from the Tampa area. I know you would be as tough as I am about making sure the home was right to adopt any dog and, especially, a Rottie.

You have to meet some of my guys! Once you understand how basically sweet and intelligent this breed is, I think you'll understand why we work so hard to place them in the right types of homes.

As for the photography piece, we definitely could use a good photographer but the President of the organization -- Grace Acosta -- thinks she is one . And I'm not going to insult her by suggesting that she isn't .
