caring is easy. Doing is hard. You can only "do" if you have the resources -- homes, fosters, vets, websites, etc. For me, the hardest thing to do is go to Animal Control and not look at the other dogs or touch them. If I did, I would fall in love with every single one of them. And I can't.

So, I focus on the ones we can help. The Rotties. I touch them. I let them react to me. I let them know somebody loves them. And they tell me all about themselves.

Today, I saved two dogs from a certain death. I've done something good. I wish I could do that every day.
