I love it. I agree with Durwood that there are competing planes in this, but I don't see it as a problem but rather as adding a dynamic tension that makes the image very interesting. I have attempted the same type of shot whenever I hit a really windy day, but I have never had one succeed as well. I think having the motion in the forground competing with the stillness of the background adds a "surprise" to what would otherwise be a typical mountain landscape. Great idea and execution.
