Do you mean Thunderbird?

There should be a folder called "mail" that contains all your messages. You should be able to copy that over.

On a Mac it is located at User>Library>Thunderbird>Profiles>6cprv9.2.default>Mail

Not sure about IE, or on a PC but it should be similar.
