Nice capture, especially through a window. I agree pretty much with what's already been said here. I find the image to be a little flat. I usually find that rather than describing my suggestions for improvement, it works better to show them so here is a version of your image the way I would have processed it.

What I did,

Increased saturation and contrast
Selectively sharpened
Selectively blurred background for better separation of bird from background
Selectively lightened the wing to bring out red coloring

These changes would probably look better if done on the original file instead of the small web image. Hope this helps.
