Buddy, I really like what you did with your shark! At first I thought 'gallery painting' but then I thought of the wonderful illustrated nature books I had as a child, and this reminds me of those (and all the good memories that go with them).

I love the composition. I'm learning/trying to make the background elements and 'negative space' an intregal part of the impact of an image, as you've done, rather than cropping too close. My humble ameteur opinion, but I love what you did with this.

I've probably spent too many years studying and admiring wildlife painters/sculptors and their work, as well as doing my own, to not get excited when a photo evokes that in me.
