Yep, you and Jim are on the right track. It is a trick question sort of...it is a green iguana but he is the weirdest color for any green iguana I've ever seen. He goes orange/blue sometimes, and greenish at other times. I guess these are still his winter colors.

He is not very friendly to me and has been known to draw blood, so I didn't clean up the dinner that you see on his lip. He is a big boy, about 11 pounds I think...maybe 3.5 - 4 ft long.

Iganuas have some real fractal-like patterns going on...different on different parts of their bodies. I'll work harder on this guy next time I meet up. It was too cold to turn off his warming lights and do anything studio stuff.
