This corpse is definitely some type of canine, either a domestic dog or one of its wilder cousins (fox, coyote). The "flipper" you refer to is the scapula of the animal with the leg attached. It looks like some critters have been at the corpse.

I am somewhat concerned from these images about the cause of death. You said in your first post that you found this in the woods. However, from the last image this animal appears to have been in some kind of an enclosure and there appears to be a white water bowl in the picture. What's up with that?
