I'm with Leonard on this one. While there is plenty of "reality" in this image, the lightning strike is pretty muted. For my money lightning is a natural light show that should be optimized for its flash. I respect your point of view concerning clonig, but I try never to let abstractions effect the object of my images. Since you asked for critique I would say that if this were mine, I would try to optimize the lightning in PP as much as I could. Toward that end, I submit this version as another alternative.
