THANK YOU. This is exactly what I was looking for. Yes, you are right. I felt very much the same way about the photo - and have in my documentation from Zabriskie point that I had a hard time 'seeing' what was going on or how to make the area presented translatable. I liked the shadows and light, but had a hard time making it into something more localized.
